JP Pest Services

Since JP Pest was bought out, the service has not been the same. We left JP Pest for multiple reasons and the discovery today by our new pest company solidified our concerns of service over the past year. Bait stations in basements should be changed at each interior visit. The picture attached is one of 2 bait stations found today with this level of mold, the third bait station was completely empty. Do yourself a favor when hiring a pest control company and chose a local small town company who will tailor their service to your home. A company who will not have a revolving door of employees. A company who will not have different techs with different opinions of how control should be dealt with. A company who calls the customer back in a timely manner and who doesn’t require 5 phone calls for a wildlife issue that ultimately forced this customer to find another service to execute the job. JP Pest once was your small town local pest company. It is sad to see the decline in services as they have grown beyond the capability of quality control.

This review is in reference to the outside service. Inside service was good, the ants etc. went away for a good 2 months and back just in time for the next service Outside Service: The rain would of been a big factor in me writing this review however, the customer service person stated numerous times "as long as it has a good one hour to set in it works". It DOES NOT WORK. The charge ever 18-22 days is $125 which for anyone is something to really consider which I did and decided it is worth being able to walk outside without be carried away by mosquitos. They spray, they charge $125, they come back spray for free, and there is no change. I gave them the out however, according to JP Pest the rain should NOT make a difference as long as it has 1-2 hours to set in. My argument is why am I being charged for a service that does not work. Their technician even stated "oh ya these are bad". There is NO DIFFERENCE except I am out the money spent for 3 treatments. Customer Service asked "should we still come out"? My answer is "No", again if you state it works as long as it has 1-2 hours it does not so why am I wasting my money.
